The President and/or the AG might support pursuing the lawyers for writing thier opinions as a criminal matter if the AG after them thinks they were wrong?
good greif I can't even think of a case where the 3rd Reich pursued as a criminal matter lawyer that had opined something not supported by the Party later when it cam to power.

One can disagree as to wether "toture" is legal but suely venturing one opinion MUST be legal or the rule of law is thertened
